Peace City is a community-based violence intervention program that aims to reduce gun violence in Oklahoma City. By using an evidence-based model that relies on the trust and experience of their highly skilled “PeaceMakers,” Peace City identifies groups and individuals at a high risk of being involved in gun violence and intervenes before violence occurs.
